Party --- 8/2010 --- Ithaca

Recent fun... saw the Ithaca Shakespeare Company's production of Macbeth in the plantations, accompanied by our classy picnic dinner. Guy and Amy were both visiting Ithaca, so I had a house full of guests. Emily and I used the opportunity to make cupcakes. Guy caught crawfish at Six Mile and boiled them up for dinner. In addition to cupcakes and crawfish, we ate lots of quinoa, ice cream cake and french toast (not all at the same time). Fun three days of eating, swimming and climbing.

	This is how much meat you get from the tail of the larger crawfish. Which is why you need to collect about 10lbs. per person to make a meal. We supplemented with quinoa and vegetables. Ithaca -- 8/2/2010
